Granola

Granola runs in the background during Zoom, Meet, Teams meetings. Transcribes locally, then generates structured notes at meeting's end (decisions, action items, key moments). No bot in the call, no visible interruption for participants. Notes are editable, searchable, exportable.

Configs and workflows worth knowing

Take notes during a meeting without checking out

You open Granola before the meeting, it listens in the background. You stay present, you actually listen. At the end, Granola gives you 3-5 structured paragraphs: decisions, action items, key moments, open questions. Edit, share, file.

Feed Granola notes to Claude to generate tickets

Copy Granola notes, paste into Claude Code with 'Create one Jira ticket per action item with clear title, suggested assignee, rough estimate'. You go from meeting to 8 actionable tickets in 2 minutes.

Search your meeting history

'What did we decide about pricing v3?' — Granola searches all transcripts and returns the exact moment, with date, attendees, and context. No more scrolling 6 months of Notion notes.
